COMMUNICATIVE PRACTICES OF "PERSUASIVE AGREEMENT" IN THE REGLAMENTATIVE TYPE OF SOCIAL DISCOURSE
ID: 0421200038\0162

Key words: aggressive communicative practice, battle communication, discursive erection, menasive squabble, squabble, reputation capital, tunnel interaction scenario, construction practice, tunnel adversarial discourse

The paper attempts to describe the functional and pragmatic semantic specificity of the standard communication interaction of a confrontational (also - agony-eristic) orientation, in which the representative of the legal financial institution actively participates (organizations) and a problematic client who violates or violated the terms of the contract concluded with it. The indicated communicative type of socio-regulative verbal behavior is characterized by the use of an integrative set of discursive practices that form a communicative construct called "persistent / persuasive agreement". On the basis of functional and cognitive-pragmatic characteristics and cultural potential of the model construct, the specificity of its functional-semantic (cognitive) representation (FSR) is described, which determines the format of implementing not only the model frame of the base construct, but also his verbal options.
