  The article deals with mechanisms for disseminating of "viral" ideas in information space of regulatory and memetic reality. The author concludes that memetics as oft-repeated manifestation of construct regulatory and memetic reality is some multiple-target overlay assimilated in the society of ordinary knowledge of the individual living conditions in the form of templates, patterns, repetitive situations, models on the discoursive reality.

THE FORMATION OF THE BILINGUAL SPEECH PERSONALITY IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE NATIONAL SCHOOL

  The article under observation touches upon the problem of making a speech personality in the teaching-learning process in the national school. The main mechanisms, the ways to organize students' activity and also teaching techniques, which help to make a speech personality among khakass students, are pointed out in the article. The main mechanism of this type of teaching concerns the dialogue of cultures which is inevitable under the conditions of bilinguism and biculturalism. The theoretical basis of the research is the fundamental knowledge of the bilingual nature of a speech perssonality recommended by Y.I. Karaulov. The article summarizes the experimental investigation of imaginary associations of the khakass students.

THE CATEGORY OF ALTERITY IN CONJUNCTIVE CONSTRUCTIONS (on the materials of Russian language)

  The article views grammatical syntactical means of expressing the category of alterity, exemplified in Russian conjuctive constructions. Since the category is implicit, determining its syntactical means of expression is based on the contextual interpretation of the linguistic material, which is dominant by the semantic issue ‘other’ or one of its specifications. The category under study does not have its own grammar status in modern Russian, it is peripheral, thus, it can be compressed with other linguistic means expressing it indirectly.

FACTORS OF USING OBSCENE LANGUAGE AMONG STUDENTS
