DISCOURSE SETTINGS OF LEGAL JOURNALISM
Discourse as a set of speech acts, produced with the constraints imposed by producing or area to which the product belongs to «verbal thinking activity», within the space of legal journalism, formed by representatives of the media, has specific features. Description of its specificity performed taking into account the socio-cultural and psychological characteristics of verbal creativity of the act participants , the functional features of the bearer of the message, the type of information transmitted and the shape of the meta-communicative interaction etc.

The article describes the functional conditions of implementation of facilities and communicative goals members of interaction on satisfactory illocutive scenario.
