COMMUNICATIVE DISAGREEMENT AS A KIND OF PRAGMATIC MISUNDERSTANDING IN THE DIALOGUE

Communicative disagreement is considered as a kind of pragmatic misunderstanding of partners in the realization of model purposes in dialogic interaction. Communicative misalignment is just an exchange of utterances and an observance of interactive sequence of initiating and reciprocal actions when partners do not change roles of the initiator and the leader.

Basic concepts and problems of antropo-semiology are described in the article. Antropo-semiology is considered by the author as contiguous subject, within the framework of which verbal and nonverbal – usual and deviant – behaviour of a person existing in the heterogeneous and multifunctional sign environment, characteristic for modern lingua-cultural ethnos is studied.

The author of the article considers diverse scientific approaches in interpretation of concepts of ‘performance / performative’, examines speech act of politician’s promise based on its performative descriptions, and also describes terms of its performance. It is concluded that political acts of promise are a ‘performance performative’ as a composite (connection) of ‘political performative acts’ and acts of ‘theatrical performing’.

CONTRASTIVE ANALYSIS OF EXPRESSION WAYS OF INCENTIVE INTENCION IN RUSSIAN, FRENCH AND CHUVASH

The Chuvash, French and Russian languages dispose a big inventory of realization ways of directive intension. The standard performative formula and its variants, imperative constructions belong to the explicit forms of expression of directive utterances. It is shown, that expression ways of the directive intension differ in these linguacultural areas.

The article focuses on initial remarks in spontaneous dialogue. The concept ‘initial speech step’ is being highlighted, its place in frame structure of a dialogue is defined, two constituents of hyper-frame structure ‘referent’ and ‘initial speech step’ are differentiated.

Communicative specificity of dialogue interaction in the hall of a judicial session is considered in the article. Three paradigms of communicative behaviour in the situation of judicial defense are shown. The specific of interaction of participants within the institutional space of the legal proceeding is determined by the leading principle of communicative cooperation.

CONFLICT DISCOURSE IN THE COMMUNICATIVE SPACE: SEMANTIC AND PRAGMATIC ASPECTS

An explanatory model of conflict discourse functioning is presented. Features of conflict discourse are described as a complex semiotics sign. Criteria for definition of conflict discourse types are allocated. Communicative, cognitive, linguacultural and sociocultural aspects of conflict behaviour are analyzed. Lexical and grammatical, semantic and pragmatical properties of conflict discourse are revealed. Strategic principles of conflict discourse expansion and conflict-exiting tactics are systematized.
