Western world. The discourse system of utilitarianism is described in the
article. The discourse system of utilitarianism is represented to be an
axiomatic standard of international intercourse perceived by all in the Western
world, as the most natural way of communication. Nevertheless the universality
of this explaining model is broken by many other discursive systems – gender,
age, ethnic ones.

studies the appearance and forming of this genre. It is known that the Tatar
society proved social and historical changes (events) in the beginning of the

new heroes searching. A new maintenance found a new invariable form. Genre of
tale became the same. As a mobile genre it got an important form for operative
elucidation of life through fresh traces of events in the Tatar society.

Constructing of social world is carried out on the categorizing of verbal or
nonverbal information within the cognitive paradigm of social psychology. Frame
