subject of this article is parts of speech within cognitive scope. On the basis
of cluster integral signs universal for European languages, three significant
parts of speech are presented as natural, prototypal, cluster mega category,
harmoniously, consistently showing and interpreting objects of reality. By dint
of the cluster of differential signs named mega category it is divided into
substantive and two related attributive categories: adjectival and verbal. In
terms of the parts of speech given categories correspond to the noun, adjective
and verb.

VI. CHRONICLES
On 23-24 April 2012 in FSEI HPE "the Tver state agricultural Academy" with support of Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation XXII all-Russian scientific-methodical conference "Problems of improving the educational process in the University in connection with the transition to new educational standards" took place. More than 90 people took part in the conference. Among the participants were representatives of the Tver linguistic school of the dynamic model of dialogue (scientific supervisor of the school is doctor of Philology, Professor, Honoured scientist of the Russian Federation A.A. Romanov).
27-28 April 2012 in FSEI HPE "the Voronezh state University with support of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, the Russian communication Association and the Union of translators of Russia the 1st international seminar "Discourse. The interpretation. Translation" was held. The seminar was attended by over 70 representatives of University and academic science. Among them are famous scientists and young researchers from more than 10 regions of Russia, Moscow, Switzerland, Byelorussia, great Britain, among whom were representatives of the Tver linguistic school of the dynamic model of dialogue (research supervisor and Chairman of the round table "Speaks, addressee, text: relationships in the discourse" - doctor of Philology, Professor, Honoured scientist of the Russian Federation A.A. Romanov).
Representatives of the Tver linguistic school of the dynamic model of dialogue (scientific supervisor of the school is doctor of Philology, Professor, Honoured scientist of the Russian Federation A.A. Romanov) took part in the XI all-Russian scientific conference "Culture as text" (24-25 may 2012), which was conducted by the Department of Germanic languages faculty of international tourism and foreign languages of the Smolensk humanitarian University with the support of the Institute of linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
