Presents authors set of training materials, united by the lingual geography subjects, in the framework of professional training of graduates to receive additional qualification «the Translator in sphere of professional communication». Along with the formation of translation competence recognizes the important development lingual geography competence of the students.
The authors’ complex of training tasks united by a country studied problems is presented. The use of this training complex tasks is described as trained in the educating of graduates for obtaining the additional qualification “translator in the sphere of professional communications”. Both forming of translational competence and progress of linguistic competence and country are important in the educational process.

The article deals with the modeling of the inner form of the word on the basis of the phenomenological approach, i.e. in the context of all possible correlations of thought and word. A word is viewed as a mental projection of the mind. The fiction heritage of the German publicist Ulrich von Hutten is studied by the author. The main problem in the article is a question about the carrier of elite speech culture which is understood as “a perfect lingual personality with relief language lines, with an unique individuality” which personifies characteristic features of its time, generation, culture, people.

The regulative actions represent a complete system. They are directed both on the organization of an interaction within the limits of basic illocutionary frames and on overcoming arising during interaction errors and faults. Two types of regulative actions are allocated in a dialogue: 1) regulative actions of a co-operative dialogue and 2) regulative counteractions of a dialogue.
