The
author suggests an original approach to the analysis of the semantic
characteristics of interrogative statements with the value of the request. It is
established that in syntactic terms questions-request have no indicators of
purpose and request value interrogative constructions are the result of the
transposition of the form of such structures in the sphere of requiredness.

INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND ITS ETHNO-CULTURAL SPECIFICS
The
article argues the thesis about the presence of interpersonal communication for
a certain affective-sensual temperature, which can be defined by a set used in a
particular lingua-cultural generality paroemotive means. Affective-sensual
complexes specific ethno-cultural respect and are open classes conditions.

Langue creativite ability of Homo loquens depends on the emotional state of a
person that determines his emotional resonance (resonance) on different events
with him or other representatives of society. Such ability to motivate
generation emotive signs for verbalization of numerous new contextual concepts.

SOME TRENDS OF LINGUISTIC CHANGES IN THE GERMAN LANGUE-CULTURE
The
article describes some of the changes in the grammatical system of modern German
language. We are talking about further development of already existing phenomena
and processes, as well as about certain preferences language tools that are
already taking place in the German langue-culture, but have not yet become
mandatory and generally accepted.

The
article describes the experience of work with the computer program «English
Puzzle» (the goal of the program, learning objectives and learning activities
using the program, the main principle of work), uniting in the framework of the
multimedia teaching-methodical complex all possible currently a teaching tool to
move to a qualitatively new level in the learning and teaching of a foreign
language.

THE PROBLEM OF INTERPRETATION OF ACADEMIC DISCOURSE IN THE SITUATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION
The
article examines the role of non-verbal means of communication in pedagogical
discourse. The results of the experiment show that the gestures leave their mark
on the interpretation obtained in the educational process, information or
completely block the process of decoding, making it impossible, thus, its
adequate understanding. In a situation of pedagogical influence and interaction
ignoring this provision appears to be invalid.

is established that in terms of expression typical political discourse is formed
signs of different nature: verbal, non-verbal or mixed. The article describes

study describes the transformation in onomastic space on post-Soviet territory
and the implications of these changes for the population of the country; the
necessity of development of algorithms for the nomination of new typo-objects

proper names in the speech.

VINDICTIVE DISCOURSE AND EVIL SPIRIT
The
article describes specific verbal and paralinguistic forms of vindictive impacts
in the Russian langue-culture. Vindictive discourse is considered as frustration
due to a conscious and purposeful aggressive sign activities implemented in
different strategies and tactics. According to the author, on the development of
vindictive discourse significantly influenced by the evil spirit as the reality
of the Russian world.

paper analyzes specific structural and semiotic features replicas in a
question-and-response cohesions. Interrogative replica keeping its main
pragmatic purpose in question-and-answer interaction, is capable of constructing
a new frame of speech communication, participate in the implementation of not
characteristic of its communicative function. Response replica as an independent
linguistic unit has a specific syntactic structure, lexical content and prosodic
design.

The
study is devoted to the consideration of sex-role characteristics of linguistic
means of the advertising discourse (on the material of English magazines. We
determined the communication status of the concept of «sex-role advertising
discourse»; describes the structure of advertising communicative act in the
context of sex-role of discourse; analyzed the language tools aimed at
strengthening and formation of certain advertising image of the recipient;
presents typology and classification of images generated by the language means,
disclosed sex-role characteristics of language means in advertising
