The article describes the rules and principles of effective advertising of different kinds: in the press, on radio, on television and on the material of domestic and foreign advertising impact made an assessment of the advantages and limitations of different types of advertising; outline ways of perspective development of promotional discourse; the methods of efficient generation of a corporate style, product advertising.
