It is established that interrogative replica may participate in the implementation pragmatically transposed communicative functions. Speech activity in the situation of communicative interaction is included as an element in a more General type of activity - regulatory activity and structural correlates with its operational units in the form of specific actions aimed at solving of problems in the situation of communication.
